Start: Stand at X facing North.

Attention and Bow: As per your school's procedures.

Ready Stance: Parallel ready stance, with high twin palms held in heaven hand position.

  1. Step left foot toward West into left back stance, with left middle guarding fist block.
  2. Pull right foot to left knee into left one-leg stance toward East, lift both fists vertically at 45 degree angle toward West.
  3. Execute right pressing kick toward East while maintaining hand position.
  4. Lower right foot toward East into sitting stance toward North, with right middle side knife hand strike toward East.
  5. Execute left hook punch.
  6. Perform movements 6 through 12 in a continuous motion. Execute simultaneous left low outer forearm block and right middle inner forearm block.
  7. Execute simultaneous right low outer forearm block and left middle inner forearm block.
  8. Execute middle twin inner forearm wedging block.
  9. Execute right backward elbow strike toward South with left spear hand palm in front of right fist.
  10. Execute right middle punch toward North with back of left spear hand under right elbow.
  11. Execute left backward elbow strike toward South with right spear hand palm in front of left fist.
  12. Execute left middle punch toward North with back of right spear hand under left elbow.
  13. Step left foot across in front of right foot into right X-stance toward East, swing both hands up, outward, and back together at bottom of swing with right low inner forearm block with left inner side of fingers of left spear hand resting on right wrist.
  14. Step right foot toward East into right back stance toward East, with right U-shape stick block.
  15. Bring left foot beside right foot into closed stance toward North, with slow twin horizontal side elbow strikes.
  16. Step left foot toward West into sitting stance toward North, with simultaneous right back fist strike to side over right shoulder and left low outer forearm block.
  17. Step right foot across in front of left foot into left X-stance toward West, swing both hands up, outward, and back together at bottom of swing with fist of right low inner forearm block into open left palm.
  18. Step left foot toward West into sitting stance toward North, with left low reverse knife hand guarding block.
  19. Step right foot toward East into right back stance, with right middle guarding fist block.
  20. Pull left foot to right knee into right one-leg stance toward West, lift both fists vertically at 45 degree angle toward East.
  21. Execute left pressing kick toward West while maintaining hand position.
  22. Lower left foot toward West into sitting stance toward North, with left middle side knife hand strike toward West.
  23. Execute right hook punch.
  24. Perform movements 24 through 30 in a continuous motion. Execute simultaneous right low outer forearm block and left middle inner forearm block.
  25.  Execute simultaneous left low outer forearm block and right middle inner forearm block.
  26. Execute middle twin inner forearm wedging block.
  27. Execute left backward elbow strike toward South with right spear hand palm in front of left fist.
  28. Execute left middle punch toward North with back of right spear hand under let elbow.

  30. Execute right middle punch toward North with back of left spear hand under right elbow.

  32. Step left foot toward West into left back stance toward West, with left U-shape stick block.
