Ready Stance: Step left foot toward West into parallel ready stance with double low fists

  1. Step left foot toward West into sitting stance toward North, with slow left middle punch.
  2. Execute right middle punch.
  3. Execute left middle punch. Perform 2 and 3 in a fast motion.
  4. Bring left foot beside right foot, step right foot toward East into sitting stance toward North, with slow right middle punch.
  5. Execute left middle punch.
  6. Execute right middle punch. Perform 2 and 3 in a fast motion.
  7. Step right foot toward North-East into right front stance, with right middle inner forearm block.
  8. Execute left low front snap kick toward North-East while maintaining hand position.
  9. Lower left foot toward North-East in left front stance, with left middle punch.
  10. Execute right middle punch. Perform 9 and 10 in a fast motion.
  11. Step left foot toward North-West into left front stance, with left middle inner forearm block.
