Movement
- Execute a side rising kick to B with the left foot and then lower the left foot to B, forming a right L-stance toward B.
- Execute a high twisting kick to B with the left foot.
- Without lowering the left foot, execute a middle side front snap kick to B and then lower the left foot to B, forming a left fixed stance toward B.
- Bring the left foot to the right foot, execute a side rising kick to A with the right foot and then lower the right foot to A, forming a left L-stance toward A.
- Execute a high twisting kick to A with the right foot.
- Without lowering the right foot, execute a middle side front snap kick to A and then lower the right foot to A, forming a right fixed stance toward A.
- Bring the right foot to the left foot, and then turn the face toward D while forming a right bending ready stance A toward D.
- Execute a middle side piercing kick to D with the left foot.
- Without lowering the left foot, execute a middle hooking block to D and then lower the left foot to D. forming a right L-stance toward D.
- Execute a middle hooking block to D with the right foot and then lower the right foot to D, forming a left L-stance toward D.
- Execute a middle hooking block to D with the left foot and then lower the left foot to D, forming a right L-stance toward D.
- Execute a middle thrust to D with the toes of the right foot and then lower the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance toward D.
- Turn counter-clockwise, execute a side rising kick to E with the left foot and then lower the left foot to E, forming a right L-stance toward E.
- Execute a high twisting kick to E with the left foot.
- Without lowering the left foot, execute a middle side front snap kick to E and then lower the left foot to E, forming a left fixed stance toward E.
- Bring the left foot to the right foot, execute a side rising kick to F with the right foot and then lower the right foot to F, forming a left L-stance toward F.
- Execute a high twisting kick to F with the right foot.
- Without lowering the right foot, execute a middle side front snap kick to F and then lower the right foot to F, forming a right fixed stance toward F.
- Bring the right foot to the left foot and then move the left foot to C, forming a left walking stance toward C, execute a circular block to CF with the right foot and then return the right foot to a left walking stance toward C.
- Execute a low front snap kick to C with the right foot and then lower the right foot to C, forming a right walking stance toward C.
- Execute a middle front snap kick to C with the left foot and then return the left foot to a right walking stance toward C.
