Without students, martial art instructors are just martial artists. Without students, a martial art will fade away as its advocates die.
Martial art students just want to learn the martial art they are paying to learn, and become the best martial artist they may may become; they do not want to be ripped-off, lied to, or become involved with school or organization power struggles.
