Article V: Meetings and Elections

General membership meetings will be held monthly on a Wednesday. The general membership meeting in January of each year will be for election of officers to the Executive Committee.
Executive Committee will meet prior to each general meeting.
Elections will be by secret ballot.

Article VI: Officer Added Requirements

President will insure School Constitution and By-Laws are reviewed annually to insure they are consistent with all rules and regulations.
Executive Committee will protect School assets.
Members and officers do not have proprietary rights in School assets, and income will not accrue to any person.
Treasurer will forward a copy of all pertinent financial reports to the School Head Instructor.

Income for the financing of School will come from the sale of dojang mementoes, and from car washes, cookouts, and other fund raising events.
School is registered with the IRS as a tax exempt organization.
School’s un-obligated assets will not exceed $5,000.
President will appoint a public accountant to conduct an audit when annual gross revenue exceeds $100,000.
Expenditures will be made by check except for petty cash requirements. Expenditures will be approved by an Expenditure Slip in accordance with the School By-Laws.
School will not engage in activities which compete with those of any organization with which the School is affiliated.
School will comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
