Memberships are composed of one or more
students. The student record contains all the information on
the individual students in a membership.
The student record consists of tabs
that contain:

Personal information such as name,
gender, date of birth, age, etc.

For minors, parents names, academic
school, and transportation method.

Photograph (if used).
-
Programs in which enrolled.
-
Rank, date of rank, and sub rank
(such
as stripe) in each enrolled program.

Instructor certification in each enrolled
program, date of first certification, date of last
certification, whether re-certification is due, and whether
an active instructor.

TaskMaster student ID number and, for each
enrolled program, any other local, national, or other ID
numbers.

Age group, (child, junior, or adult)
(age groups ages are set by user). An override option pushes
a child into the junior age group or a junior into the adult
group; this is useful for a student who is too large, too
strong, or too skilled for his or her age group.

Contact information, such as address,
telephone numbers, and email.

Sizes for uniform, tee shirts, and sparring
equipment.

Notes
-
Medical. Note any pertinent medical
information and phone number to call in an emergency.

Talents. Note any special talents a
student may possess.

Counseling. Note results of any
counseling sessions.

Disciplinary. Note a disciplinary
action taken and phone number to call for a disciplinary
problem.

Other. Note any remarks on other
subjects.

Pickup.
Note persons authorized to pickup minor students and
phone number to call for a pickup. A pickup secret
word may also be entered.

Alerts

Medical alert. If a student has a
medical problem that may cause a problem during training,
check the medical alert box. The medical alert will appear
in the student record name box and on testing score sheets
to alert instructors to the problem.

Disciplinary alert. If a student has a
disciplinary problem that may cause a problem during
training, check the disciplinary alert box. The disciplinary
alert will appear in the student record name box to alert
instructors to the problem.

Pickup alert.
If a student has a pickup problem, such as a person
who is not allowed to pickup or associate with the
student, check the pickup alert box. The pickup
alert will appear in the student record name box to
alert instructors to the problem.
