Start: Stand at X facing North

Attention and Bow: As per your school's procedures

Ready Stance: Closed ready stance with arm crossed over chest with spear hand palms on front of each shoulder (left arm on top)

 Begin Pattern

1:Step left foot backward toward South into right front stance, with twin fists to sides, with KIAI!
2:Perform 2 and 3 in a continuous motion
Step right foot backward toward South into left front stance, with left low X fist block
3:Execute left high X knife hand block
4:Execute simultaneous left high forearm knife hand block and right high inward knife hand strike
5:Step counterclockwise toward South into sitting stance toward West, with left high back hand strike toward South
6:Execute right middle crescent kick to left palm
7:Lower right foot toward South into sitting stance toward East while striking left palm with right front elbow strike
8:Execute right hook punch
9:Execute simultaneous right back fist strike toward South and left low outer forearm block
10:Step left foot backward beside right foot into closed stance toward North, with slow twin side elbow strikes ending with fists on hips
11:Cross left foot in front of right foot into crouched X stance toward north while facing East while maintaining hand position
12:Execute right middle side thrust kick toward East while maintaining hand position
13:Lower right foot toward East, then cross left foot in front of right foot into left X stance toward North, with twin horizontal elbow thrusts to the sides
14:Step right foot toward East into sitting stance toward East, with twin horizontal punches toward East
15:Step left foot toward right foot into standing position toward North, with simultaneous high front knife hand strike toward North and left high forearm knife hand block
16:Step left foot toward West into left back stance toward West, with middle double knife hand guarding block
17:Jump and spin counterclockwise, with right jump spin side thrust kick toward West
18:Land in right front stance toward West, with right inner double forearm block with left fist at right elbow
19:Step left foot back beside right foot into closed ready stance toward North with palms crossed at groin (left palm on top)
20:Jump toward North crossing left foot in front of right foot into left X stance toward North, with  right inward hammer fist strike into left palm toward North
21:Step left foot backward toward South into right front stance toward North, with left high outer forearm block
22:Execute left middle front snap kick toward North while maintaining hand position
23:Lower left foot toward North into left front stance toward North, with right high punch
24:Step right foot toward North into right front stance toward North, with right middle spear hand thrust
25:Step left foot counterclockwise toward North into sitting stance toward East, with left high back fist strike toward North, with KIAI!
26:Step right foot counterclockwise toward West into right front stance toward West with twin outer forearm blocks to the sides
27:Execute right high jump front kick
28:Land toward West in right fixed stance toward West, with left middle X knife hand block
29:Step left foot toward West into left back stance toward West, with left low X fist block toward North, then execute middle twin inner forearm wedging block toward North
30:Execute left middle side front snap kick toward West while maintaining hand position
31:Lower left foot toward West into left front stance toward West, with high twin vertical punch toward West
32:Step right foot toward West into right fixed stance toward West, with simultaneous right middle outer forearm knife hand block and a left middle pushing palm block
33:Step left foot toward West into left back stance toward West, with left middle punch
34:Step left foot backward by inside of right foot, past the right foot, and then step right foot backward toward East into left back stance, with left middle guarding fist block
35:Execute right middle round kick toward West
36:Lower right foot toward West and execute left middle side thrust kick toward West
37:Lower left foot toward West into left  back stance toward West, with left middle guarding fist block
38:Step left foot backward toward East into right back stance, with right upward palm block
39:Step right foot counterclockwise toward East into right front stance toward East, with left circular middle inner forearm block toward North
40:Rotate both feet toward North into left front stance toward North, with right circular middle inner forearm block toward North
41:Step right foot toward North into sitting stance toward North, with right middle punch
