Ready Stance: High enclosed fist closed ready stance

 Begin Pattern

1:Step right foot toward East into sitting stance toward North, with simultaneous right middle inner forearm block and left low outer forearm block
2: Execute left middle inner forearm block and right low outer forearm block
3:Step right foot beside left foot into closed stance toward north, with slow left hook punch
4:Step left foot toward North into left front stance toward north, with right high two finger eye thrust
5:Step right foot toward North into right front stance toward north, with left high two finger eye thrust
6:Execute right high back fist strike toward North
7:Step left foot toward North into left front stance toward North, with left high forearm block
8:Step right foot toward North into right front stance toward North, with right middle punch
9:Step right foot counterclockwise toward South into left back stance toward North, with left middle guarding forearm block
10:Execute right low front snap kick toward North while maintaining position of arms
11:Lower right foot toward North into right low front stance toward North, with right high spear hand (palm downward)
12:Drop to left knee while supporting body with both hands, with right round kick toward North
13:Lower right foot toward North and rise on left knee with left hand on floor, with right high punch toward North, with KIAI!
14:Step left foot toward North turning clockwise into right back stance toward South, with left elbow strike backward toward North

19:Open fists and rotate palms downward as if grabbing opponent's leg, with right low front snap kick
