Start: Stand at X facing North

Attention and Bow: As per your school's procedures

Ready Stance: Parallel ready stance, with high twin palms held in heavenly hand position

 Begin Pattern

1:Left left foot, execute double downward knife hand chops to both sides, with KIAI!, step left foot into closed ready stance while bringing hands in circular motion to right fist enclosed by left fist position in slow motion
2:Step left foot toward North into left front stance toward North, with slow motion right middle upset punch
3:Step right foot toward North into right front stance toward North, with slow motion left middle upset punch
4:Step left foot beside right foot and immediately step right foot toward North into right front stance, with right high hooking palm block
5:Slide right foot counterclockwise toward South into left back stance, with left low knife hand guarding block
6:Step right foot beside left foot and immediately step left foot toward North into left front stance, with left high hooking palm block
7:Slide left  foot counterclockwise toward South into right back stance, with right low knife hand guarding block
8:Step left foot toward North into left cat stance, with left high knife hand guarding block
9:Step right foot toward North into right cat stance, with right high knife hand guarding block
10:Turn counterclockwise, step left foot beside right foot, step right foot backward toward North into   left front stance toward South, with slow motion right upward block
11:Step right foot toward South into right front stance toward South, with slow motion left upward block
12:Step left foot up beside right foot into closed stance toward South, with right low knife hand into left palm with both arms extended downward
13:Execute left pressing kick toward East, while maintaining hand position
14:Execute left middle side thrust kick toward East, while maintaining hand position
15:Lower left foot toward East into left back stance, with right high inward knife hand strike while pulling left fist to right shoulder
16:Pull left foot back to right foot into closed stance toward South, with left downward strike toward East
17:Execute right pressing kick toward West, while maintaining hand position
18:Execute right middle side thrust kick toward West, while maintaining hand position
19:Lower right foot toward West into right back stance, with left high inward knife hand strike while pulling right fist to left shoulder
20:Pull right foot back to left foot into closed stance toward South, with right downward strike toward West
21:Step left foot toward South into left low front stance toward South, with slow motion right double palm pressing palm block
22:Step right foot toward South into right low front stance toward South, with slow motion left double palm pressing palm block
23:Step right foot clockwise toward North in stamping motion into sitting stance toward West, with right high back fist strike toward North, with KIAI!
24:Step right foot toward North into right front stance, with right double middle inner forearm block
25:Shift stance backward toward South, with simultaneous right middle inner forearm block and left low forearm block
26:Execute slow right high flat spear hand trust (palm downward) thrust toward North while sliding right foot into lower front stance
27:Step left foot counterclockwise toward South in stamping motion into sitting stance toward West, with left high back fist strike toward South, with KIAI!

32:Step left foot toward East in stamping motion into left front stance toward East, with twin middle upset punch
