Start: Stand at X facing North

Attention and Bow: As per your school's procedures

Ready Stance: Step left foot toward West into parallel ready stance with double low fists

 Begin Pattern

1:

Step left foot toward West into left back stance, with twin high knife hand block

2:

Step right foot toward West forming into right front stance, with right high inward knife hand strike and left high forearm block using knife hand

3:

Turn clockwise, step right foot toward East into right back stance, with right middle guarding knife hand block

4:

Step left foot toward East to left front stance, with left high flat spear hand thrust

5:

Step left foot toward North into left back stance, with left middle guarding knife hand block

6:

Rotate body and feet clockwise toward South into right back stance, with right middle guarding fist block

7:

Execute right middle side thrust kick toward South

8:

Lower right foot toward South, rotate body counterclockwise into left back stance toward North, with left middle guarding knife hand block

9:

Step right foot toward North, step left foot toward North and jump into a right flying side thrust kick,  with KIAI! Land in right back stance, with right middle guarding knife hand block

10:

Turn counterclockwise, step left foot toward East into left back stance, with left low forearm block

11:

Extend both hands upward as if to grab imaginary head while stepping toward East into left front stance

12:

Pull both hands downward, with right upward knee strike into imaginary head being pulled down

13:

Lower the right foot beside left foot, step left foot toward West into left front stance, with right high ridge hand strike while pulling back of flat left hand under right elbow

14:

Execute right high round kick toward West and lower foot beside left foot

15:

Spin counterclockwise, execute left middle back thrust kick. Perform 14 and 15 in a fast motion

16:

Lower left foot toward East into right back stance toward East, with right middle guarding fist block

17:

Execute left middle round kick toward East

18:

Lower left foot beside right foot, step right foot toward South into right fixed stance toward South, with U-shape stick block

19:

Jump and spin counterclockwise landing in right back stance, with right middle guarding knife hand block

20:

Step left foot toward South into left front stance, with a right low spear hand thrust (palm upward) toward South

21:

Execute right back fist over right shoulder toward North and left low forearm block toward South while stepping left foot toward right into left back stance toward South

22:

Step right foot toward South into right front stance toward South, with right vertical spear hand strike while pulling back of flat left hand under right elbow

23:

Turn counterclockwise, step left foot toward West into left front stance, with braced left inner forearm block

24:

Step right foot toward West into sitting stance facing South, with right high back fist toward South with right elbow resting atop left fist with left forearm held horizontal in left middle block then execute right high back fist strike toward West

25:

Turn counterclockwise and execute right middle side thrust kick toward East and lower foot in front of left foot

26:

Turn clockwise and execute left middle side thrust kick toward East and lower foot in front of right foot

27:

Turn counterclockwise, rotate feet into right back stance toward West, with right middle X knife hand block

28:

Step left foot toward West into left front stance, with twin palm upward block

29:

Step left foot toward right, turn clockwise, step right foot toward right into right front stance toward East, with right high forearm block

30:

Execute left middle punch toward East, with KIAI!

Ready Stance: Step right foot back into parallel ready stance with double low fists
