Start: Stand at X facing North

Ready Stance: Low crossed palms in closed ready stance

 Begin Pattern

1:Step left foot toward West into sitting stance toward North, with left middle pushing block
2:Execute right middle punch toward North
3:Execute left middle punch toward North
4:Slide left foot back into left back stance toward East, with right high twin forearm (square) block
5:Execute left upward punch while pulling right fist in front of left shoulder
6:Slide right foot toward East into right fixed stance, with right middle punch
7:Slide right foot back into right vertical stance toward East, with right downward knife hand strike
8:Step left foot toward East into left front stance with left middle punch
9:Step left foot toward North into left front stance, with left low forearm block
10:Step right foot toward North into right front stance, with right middle punch
11:Pull left foot toward right foot into parallel stance facing West while pulling right fist with left palm until right fist points toward West with right elbow at 90 degrees
12:Execute right middle side thrust kick toward North, lower right foot into right back stance with right middle outward knife hand strike toward East
13:Step left foot toward North into left front stance, with left middle punch
14:Step right foot toward North into right front stance, with right middle punch , with KIAI!
15:Move left foot counterclockwise into left back stance toward East, with left middle guarding knife hand block
16:Step right foot toward East into right front stance, with right middle vertical spear hand thrust
17:Step right foot toward East while turning counterclockwise into left back stance, with left middle guarding knife hand block
18:Execute right high round kick toward West and lower foot toward West
19:Execute left high high round kick toward West, lower foot into left back stance toward West with left middle guarding knife hand block. Perform 18 and 19 in fast motion
20:Step left foot toward South into left front stance, with left low forearm block
21:Slide left foot to right into left back stance, with right middle punch
22:Step right foot toward South into right back stance with left middle punch
23:Step left foot toward South into left back stance with right middle punch
24:Slide left foot into left front stance toward South, with low X-fist block
25:Step the right foot toward South into left back stance facing North, with right backward elbow thrust toward South, with KIAI!
26:Slide left foot back to right foot, turning counterclockwise into closed stance toward West, with right middle inner forearm block and left low forearm block
27:Execute left middle inner forearm block and right low forearm block
28:Step left foot toward West into left back stance, with left middle guarding knife hand block
29:Pull left foot back to right foot and step right foot toward East into right back stance, with left middle guarding knife hand block
