Ready Stance: Step left foot toward West into parallel ready stance with double low fists

 Begin Pattern

1:Step left foot toward West into sitting stance toward North, with slow left middle punch
2:Execute right middle punch
3:Execute left middle punch. Perform 2 and 3 in a fast motion
4:Bring left foot beside right foot, step right foot toward East into sitting stance toward North, with slow right middle punch
5:Execute left middle punch
6:Execute right middle punch. Perform 2 and 3 in a fast motion
7:Step right foot toward North-East into right front stance, with right middle inner forearm block
8:Execute left low front snap kick toward North-East while maintaining hand position
9:Lower left foot toward North-East in left front stance, with left middle punch
10:Execute right middle punch. Perform 9 and 10 in a fast motion
11:Step left foot toward North-West into left front stance, with left middle inner forearm block
