Start: Stand at X facing North

Ready Stance: High enclosed fist in closed ready stance

 Begin Pattern

1:

Turn 90° left into left back stance toward West, with left square block toward West

2:

Execute right inward knife hand strike toward West, while bringing left fist to right shoulder

3:

Execute left middle punch toward West, while sliding left foot toward West into left fixed stance

4:

Bring left foot back beside right foot, turn 18right and step right foot toward East into right back stance, with right square block toward East

5:

Execute left inward knife hand strike toward East, while bringing right fist to left shoulder

6:

Execute right middle punch toward East, while sliding left foot toward East into right fixed stance

7:

Bring right foot back beside left foot, with body facing East, look North, execute left double middle guarding fist block toward North

8:

Execute left middle side thrust kick toward North

9:

Lower left foot toward North into left back stance, with left double middle guarding knife hand block toward North

10:

Step right foot toward North into right back stance, with right double middle guarding knife hand block toward North

11:

Step left foot toward North into left back stance, with left double middle guarding knife hand block toward North

12:

Step right foot toward North into right front stance, with right middle vertical spear hand thrust with top of left palm under right elbow, with KIAI!

13:

Turn 270° left into left back stance toward East, with left square block toward East

14:

Execute right inward knife hand strike toward East, while bringing left fist to right shoulder

Execute left middle punch toward East, while sliding left foot toward East into left fixed stance

16:

Bring left foot back beside right foot, turn 18right and step right foot toward West into right back stance, with right square block toward West

17:

Execute left inward knife hand strike toward West, while bringing right fist to left shoulder

Execute right middle punch toward West, while sliding left foot toward West into right fixed stance

19:

Slide right foot back to left foot, step left foot toward South into left front stance, with right middle inner forearm block

Execute right middle front kick and step down into right front stance toward South

Execute left middle fore fist punch
