Start: Stand at X facing North

Attention and Bow: As per your school's procedures

Ready Stance: Step left foot toward West into parallel ready stance with double low fists

 Begin Pattern

1:

Turn 90° left into left front stance toward West, with left high inverted inside-out forearm block,

2:

Execute right middle reverse punch

3:

Move left foot a half step to the right toward turn body 180° right, into right front stance toward East, with right high inverted inside-out forearm block

4:

Execute left middle reverse punch

5:

Move left foot inward into a left back stance toward North, with a left middle knife hand guarding block

6:

Step toward North, into right front stance, with right middle vertical spear finger thrust, with KIAI!

7:

Pivot on right foot, turn body 360° counterclockwise, into left front stance facing North, with left high back-fist strike

8:

Step toward North, into right front stance, with right high back-fist strike

9:

Turn body counterclockwise 270° left toward East, into left front stance, with left high inverted inside-out forearm block

10:

Execute right middle reverse punch

11:

Move left foot a half step to the right toward South, pivot on left foot and turn 180° right toward West, into right front stance, with right high inverted inside-out forearm block

12:

 Execute left middle reverse punch

13:

 Pivot on right foot 135° to left toward South-East, into left front stance, with middle double spreading inside-to-outside outer forearm block

Next three steps are executed in rapid succession

14:

Hold blocking arms stationary and execute right middle front snap kick toward South-East

15:

Step kicking foot toward South-East, into right front stance, with right middle fore-fist punch

16:

Execute left middle reverse punch

17:

Pivot on left foot 135° to right toward South-West, into right front stance, with middle double spreading inside-to-outside outer forearm block

Next three steps are executed in rapid succession
18:

Hold blocking arms stationary and execute left middle front snap kick toward South-West

19:

Step kicking foot toward South-West, into left front stance, with left middle fore-fist punch

20:

Execute right middle reverse punch

21:

Turn 45° left toward South, into left front stance, with left high outer forearm block

22:

Step right foot toward South, into right front stance, with right high outer forearm block

23:

Pivot on right foot 270° left toward West, into sitting stance facing North, with left middle inverted knife-hand strike to left side

24:

Bring left foot alongside right foot and step right foot to right toward East, into sitting stance, with right middle inverted knife-hand strike to right side, with KIAI!
