24 Movements

Attention and Bow: Stand at X facing North in attention stance and bow.

Ready Stance: Form fists with both hands and pull fists to the hips with knuckles facing downward. Step left foot out to left side toward West ending movement with feet parallel about 12 inches apart. As left foot hits floor, punch both fists inward toward belt knot, stopping just in front of knot. End movement with knees slightly bent and knuckles almost touching each other just in front of belt knot.

Preliminary Movements: Cross arms tightly in front of chest, right arm on top, right elbow just above left elbow, right fist over left shoulder with knuckles inward, left arm under right arm, left fist under right shoulder with knuckles downward.

1. Turn body 90° left toward West, pivoting on right foot, while stepping left foot into left front stance toward West, while executing left high inverted inside-out forearm block (while drawing right fist to right hip knuckles down).

2. Execute right middle reverse punch (while drawing left fist to left hip knuckles down).

Preliminary Movements: Cross arms tightly in front of chest, left arm on top, left elbow just above right elbow, left fist over right shoulder with knuckles inward, right arm under left arm, right fist under left shoulder with knuckles downward.

3. Move left foot a half step to the right toward North, pivot on the left foot and turn body 180° right toward East, while stepping right foot into right front stance toward East, while executing right high inverted inside-out forearm block (while drawing left fist to left hip knuckles down).

4. Execute left middle reverse punch (while drawing right fist to right hip knuckles down).

Preliminary Movements: Look left toward North. Extend both arms toward South with hands in a knife-hand. The right arm is fully extended, palm down. The left arm is extended to the left shoulder, palm up.

5. Move left foot inward into a left back stance toward North while pivoting upper body 90° left toward North while executing a left middle knife-hand guarding block.

Preliminary Movements: Extend left arm toward North with hand in a spear hand palm up, while pulling right hand to left hip in a fist, knuckles down.

6. Step forward toward North, into right front stance, with right middle vertical spear finger thrust, while drawing left spear hand under extended right elbow, palm down, with left arm parallel to floor, bent 90° at the elbow, with KIAI!

Preliminary Movements: Cross arms tightly in front of chest, left arm on top, left elbow just above right elbow, left fist over right shoulder with knuckles inward, right arm under left arm, right fist under left shoulder with knuckles upward.

7. Pivot on right foot, swing left foot counterclockwise, turn body 360° counterclockwise, into left front stance facing North, with left high back-fist strike, pulling right fist to the right hip, knuckles down.

Preliminary Movements: Cross arms tightly in front of chest, right arm on top, right elbow just above left elbow, right fist over left shoulder with knuckles inward, left arm under right arm, left fist under right shoulder with knuckles upward.

8. Step forward toward North, into right front stance, with right high back-fist strike, pulling left fist to the left hip, knuckles down.

Preliminary Movements: Cross arms tightly in front of chest, right arm on top, right elbow just above left elbow, right fist over left shoulder with knuckles inward, left arm under right arm, left fist under right shoulder with knuckles downward.

9. Turn body counterclockwise 270° left toward East, pivoting on right foot, while stepping left foot into left front stance toward East, while executing left high inverted inside-out forearm block, while drawing right fist to right hip, knuckles down.

10. Execute right middle reverse punch (while drawing left fist to left hip knuckles down).

Preliminary Movements: Cross arms tightly in front of chest, left arm on top, left elbow just above right elbow, left fist over right shoulder with knuckles inward, right arm under left arm, right fist under left shoulder with knuckles downward.

11. Move left foot a half step to the right toward South, pivot on the left foot and turn body 180° right toward West, while stepping right foot into right front stance toward West, while executing right high inverted inside-out forearm block, while drawing left fist to left hip knuckles down.

12. Execute left middle reverse punch (while drawing right fist to right hip knuckles down).

Preliminary Movements: Look left toward South. Pull fists to respective hips, knuckles down.

13. Turn counterclockwise, pivot on right foot 135° to left toward South-East, step into left front stance, with middle double spreading inside-to-outside outer forearm block.

Next three steps are executed in rapid succession.

14. Hold blocking arms stationary and execute right middle front snap kick toward South-East.

Preliminary Movements: Extend left arm toward South-East with hand in a fist, while pulling right fist to right hip in a fist, knuckles down.

15. Step kicking foot toward South-East, into right front stance, with right middle fore-fist punch, while pulling left fist to left hip in a fist, knuckles down.

16. Execute left middle reverse punch, while pulling right fist to right hip in a fist, knuckles down.

Preliminary Movements: Look right toward South-West. Pull fists to respective hips, knuckles down.

17. Turn clockwise, pivot on left foot 135° to right toward South-West, step into right front stance, with middle double spreading inside-to-outside outer forearm block.

Next three steps are executed in rapid succession.

18. Hold blocking arms stationary and execute left middle front snap kick toward South-West.

19. Step kicking foot toward South-West, into left front stance, with left middle fore-fist punch.

20. Execute right middle reverse punch.

21. Turn 45° left toward South, into left front stance, with left high outer forearm block.

22. Step right foot toward South, into right front stance, with right high outer forearm block.

23. Pivot on right foot 270° left toward West, into sitting stance facing North, with left middle inverted knife-hand strike to left side.

24. Bring left foot alongside right foot and step right foot to right toward East, into sitting stance, with right middle inverted knife-hand strike to right side, with KIAI!

Ready Stance: Bring right foot back to same ready stance as at beginning.

Attention and Bow: Stand at X facing North in attention stance and bow.
