 14 Movements

Attention and Bow: Stand at X facing North in attention stance with palms on sides of legs, then bow.

Ready Stance: Parallel ready stance. Form fists with both hands and pull fists to the hips with palms facing upward. Step left foot out to left side toward West, ending movement with feet parallel about 12 inches apart. As left foot hits floor, punch both fists inward toward belt knot, stopping just in front of knot. End movement with knees slightly bent and fists about three inches apart just in front of belt knot, palms backward.

Imaginary Attacker: Attacks from West, with right low front kick.

Preliminary Movements: Look left, cross arms tightly in front of chest, left arm on top, left elbow over right elbow, left fist over right shoulder with palm inward, right arm under left arm, right fist under left shoulder with palm downward

1. Step left foot 90° to left toward West into left front stance, while executing left low outer-forearm block (to block attacker's kick) while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Steps backward toward West.

Preliminary Movements: Raise left arm into a left middle fore-fist punch.

2. Step right foot forward toward West into right front stance, while executing right middle fore-fist punch (to attacker's solar plexus), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Attacks from East, with right low front kick.

Preliminary Movements: Look over right shoulder, cross arms tightly in front of chest, right arm on top, right elbow over left elbow, right fist over left shoulder with palm inward, left arm under right arm, left fist under right shoulder with palm downward.

3. Step right foot clockwise 180° toward East into right front stance, while executing right low outer-forearm block (to block attacker's kick), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Steps backward toward East.

Preliminary Movements: Raise right arm into a right middle fore-fist punch.

4. Step left foot forward toward East into left front stance, while executing left middle fore-fist punch (to attacker's solar plexus), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Attacks from North, with left middle fore-fist punch.

Preliminary Movements: Look left, cross arms tightly in front of chest, right arm on top, right elbow over left elbow, right fist over right shoulder with palm outward, left arm under right arm, left fist under right shoulder with palm downward.

5. Step left foot 90° counterclockwise toward North into left back stance, while executing left middle inside-to-outside inner-forearm block (to block attacker's punch), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Steps backward toward North.

Preliminary Movements: Extend right arm into a left middle fore-fist punch.

6. Step right foot forward toward North into right front stance, while executing right middle fore-fist punch (to attacker's solar plexus), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Attacks from North, with left high fore-fist punch.

Preliminary Movements: Cross arms tightly in front of chest, right arm on top, right elbow over left elbow, right fist over left shoulder with palm outward, left arm under right arm, left fist under right shoulder with palm upward.

7. Step left foot forward toward North into left front stance, while executing left high outer-forearm block (to block attacker's punch), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Does not move.

Preliminary Movements: Lower left arm into a left middle fore-fist punch.

8. Execute right middle reverse punch (to attacker's solar plexus), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up, with KIAI!

Imaginary Attacker: Attacks from South with a left middle fore-fist punch.

Preliminary Movements: Look South over right shoulder, cross arms tightly in front of chest, left arm on top, left elbow over right elbow, left fist over right shoulder with palm outward, right arm under left arm, right fist under left shoulder with palm downward.

9. Pivot on left foot, slide right foot clockwise into right back stance toward South, while executing right middle inside-to-outside inner-forearm block (to block attacker's punch), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Steps backward toward South.

Preliminary Movements: Raise right arm into a right middle fore-fist punch.

10. Step left foot forward toward South into left front stance, while executing left middle fore-fist punch (to attacker's solar plexus), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Attacks from South, with right high fore-fist punch.

11. Step right foot forward toward South into right front stance, while executing right high outer-forearm block (to block attacker's punch), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.

12. Execute left middle reverse punch (to attacker's solar plexus), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up, with KIAI!

13. Pivot on right foot, swing left foot around 270° counterclockwise into left sitting stance toward West while facing North, with left high outward inverted-knife-hand strike toward West (to left side of attacker's neck), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Approaches from East.

Preliminary Movements: Look right over right shoulder, cross arms tightly in front of chest, right arm on top, right elbow over left elbow, right knife-hand over left shoulder with palm inward, left arm under right arm, left fist under right shoulder with palm downward.

14. Pull left foot back to right foot, step right foot toward East into right sitting stance toward East, while facing North, with right high outward inverted-knife-hand strike toward East (to right side of attacker's neck), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.

Imaginary Attacker: Stops attacking.

Ready Stance: Bring right foot back toward left foot into parallel ready stance facing North.

Attention and Bow: Slide left foot over to right foot into attention stance at X facing North, then bow.
