Can You Handle the Truth?
A quote from a courtroom scene in the 1992 movie A Few Good Men pertains to some readers of blogs. In the scene, Lt. Kaffee, the defense lawyer, portrayed by Tom Cruise, is questioning a hostile witness, Col. Jessep, portrayed by Jack Nicholson.
| Col. Jessep: | You want answers? |
| Lt. Kaffee: | I think I'm entitled. |
| Col. Jessep: | You want answers? |
| Lt. Kaffee: | I want the truth! |
| Col. Jessep: | YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH!! |
If you can’t handle what is written in blogs, then don’t read them. If you agree with what is written in a blog, then you may post a comment with your reasoned thoughts. If you disagree with what is written in a blog, then you may post a lucid, well-reasoned comment presenting your reasons for the disagreement, and be prepared for a well-reasoned response.
These are my blogs, so comments that are merely the rants of readers with no reasoned, logical thoughts will not be posted. If need a place to vent your anger, then start your own blog—they are free.
